Temp of the Month March 2012Hello My name is Cassandra and I have just started at a fantastic organisation, it is a well known charity that is helping children and young people who are at risk. It is a great place to work and the Finance team is always very busy. Not surprisingly because of the demand for the all round service they provide. I am very excited about my new job. But surprise!! Surprise!! No sooner have I been taken on as Finance Officer (Accounts Payable). I have been moved to Cash Management (two days later). I feel elated and encouraged that the managers feel that I am capable. I have been a temp for eleven years and have experience working in many sectors including Commerce and Industry, Energies, Telecoms and Media. So I am quite used to hitting the ground running.
