| I need the agency to be able to match candidates more effectively to my job specifications | At VH we insist upon a face to face meeting with you. It is an investment of your time because it enables us to know your business in detail, learn more about the organisation, and your culture. Therefore, the candidates that we deliver on the short list will be the candidates you want to employ. |
| I want an agency to provide more `added value’ services. | Because of our knowledge of your market place we can discover what skills are available and what new initiatives are being adopted by your competitors. We can supply salary surveys and are actively involved with the REC on how to ensure compliance with diversity and equal opportunity |
