Volante Hobbs is a division of the Volante Hobbs Group, established in 2002 our directors are seasoned recruitment specialists with over 20 years experience between them. Together we are building a recruitment business based upon long-term partnership arrangements with both clients and candidates. This Partnership should lead to honest assessment of the people that you need to recruit as a client and the positions that you want to hold as a candidate to further your career potential.

The VH Group has earned an excellent reputation built on honesty and a customer-driven approach to both clients and candidates. Our consultants receive regular training to enhance their understanding of best recruitment practice and the wider issues in their specialist field.

As members of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), we adhere to a strict code of conduct. We also receive regular updates from REC about legal issues affecting the recruitment and employment market, which we are able to share with both our clients and candidates.
